Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, we are by appointment only so we highly suggest calling in advance and scheduling an appointment.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Arriving on time will ensure that you receive the full scheduled time of the booked treatment. Lateness will result in a modified and shorter treatment.

What should I do if I need to cancel my appointment and what’s your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price. No shows will be charged 100%. For emergencies please contact us directly.

I am unsure of what treatment to book in for, what should I do?

At the start of all our treatments, our skin therapists will assess your skin and recommend the best treatment or course.

How long do the facials/treatments take?

Here at curate skin studio lab, we have a variety of facials and treatments available. Depending on the facial or treatment you choose, time may vary anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours. For more information on a particular facial or treatment, please contact us.

What facial should I book before an event or party?

For pre-event skin preparation, the Curate Signature Facial or Lymphatic Sculpting Facial are ideal choices. These treatments are customized and designed to calm puffiness, improve circulation, and create a healthy , luminous finish without downtime.

Is it safe to book a facial when pregnant?

Yes. Select Curate treatments can be safely customized during pregnancy. Please note your pregnancy at the time of booking so products, positioning, and modalities can be adjusted accordingly.

How long is the downtime for microneedling?

Microneedling typically involves 24 to 72 hours of visible redness depending on skin sensitivity and treatment intensity. Mild dryness or tightness may continue for several days as the skin begins its regenerative repair process.

How long is the downtime for radio-frequency?

Rf has very little downtime, one might experience some redness for around 24hrs following the treatment.
